The Kitchen Sage offers several dining options for you during your stay at Lake Pepin.

Cooking Classes with The Kitchen Sage

Learn about our local, sustainable farms and dine on an elegant meal in a Farm to Fork class in a private setting overlooking Lake Pepin.  Choose from two options:

• Regularly scheduled participation classes held the second Friday of each month. $50 includes class, recipe packet & dinner.

• Saturday night demonstration classes with Chef Linda cooking for you. Saturday night classes include a seasonal pre-fixe dinner and educational component. $35

Wine is not included, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Advance registration is required. Classes will be held for a minimum of 6 participants. Contact The Kitchen Sage for scheduling details and to register.

Private classes available by appointment.

Private Chef at your vacation rental

Linda Harding, natural food chef, will cook for your group in the kitchen of your vacation rental. Your private menu will be designed to your specification from local, organic products. $50 per person for groups of 5 or more. $250 for groups of 4 or fewer.

Prepackaged meals delivered to you

Catered meals available for groups or individuals, ready to heat and serve at your convenience. Choose from one-pan meals for a larger group or individual meals catering to your personal preferences. Prices vary – contact The Kitchen Sage. Delivery charge $15.
