Friday Night Participation Classes: 6:30 - 9:30 PM the second Friday of each month. Full participatin in prepping and cooking the menu. Class fee is $50 and includes recipe packets and dinner overlooking Lake Pepin.
Introduction to Japanese Cuisine: January 13th

Tonight we explore various elements of Japanese cuisine with a variety of dishes. We will create a traditional cold tofu appetizer, Hiyayakko, make sushi rice and assemble Nori Sushi Rolls, make Edamame Daikon Salad with a Ginger Vinaigrette, learn the basics of making Dashi used in Japanese Assorted Vegetable Soup and cook Pan Fried Chicken with Green Beans & Shiitakes with Jasmine Rice.
Feast of India: February 10th
Tonight’s class will take us to the Indian subcontinent to sample some classic dishes. Indian cuisine is based on the concept that “we are what we eat” and that food has a therapeutic effect on us physically and psychologically.
On the menu are Chicken Curry, Spicy Spinach, Curried Cauliflower and Carrots, Mango Chutney, Raita (Yogurt Salad) and Basmati.
Mediterranean Cooking : March 9th
The Mediterranean diet is not only healthy for us, but vibrantly delicious as well. Tonight we will feast on traditional foods including locally raised Roast Lamb with Tzatziki, Mediterranean Couscous, Vegetables Simmered in Olive Oil, Tabouli Salad and Garlicky Hummus with Pita.

Saturday Night Demonstration Classes: 7:00 - 9:00 PM on select Saturday nights. These classes are geared toward the culinary enthusiast who wants to know where their food is sourced from, how to prepare it artfully and wants to enjoy a delightful pre-fixe meal with like-minded food lovers. Tips will be shared for sourcing, cooking and serving local food. Chef demonstration of select menu items. Class fee is $35 and includes dinner overlooking Lake Pepin.
